FS25 Tyrolean Whitecreek Valley Welcome… …high above in the Tyrolean Weißenbachtal, on a mountain farm at 1607m above sea level, right in the middle of the Northern Tyrolean Alps. This map is based on real terrain and authentic elevation data from the Weißenbachtal, my home region. The buildings and farms I created are inspired by various valleys in Tyrol, but they are fictional. The map features two mountain farms: The large Obertalerhof offers barns for cows and goats/sheep, several shelters, a hay barn, and a modern hay drying facility with a hay crane. The Oberhaberlhof is a small timber operation with its own sawmill and a chicken coop. You will also find a cheese dairy as a selling point for milk or for producing your own cheese, if you choose to purchase it. A mountain inn with a shop serves as an additional selling point for your products. A standard vehicle fleet is available, and a small dealer allows you to expand your equipment. The barns are not empty: cows and goats are already waiting for their feed. If you want to buy or sell animals, a small livestock dealer is located right next to the main dealer. You can sell wood at a dedicated wood buyer; woodchips can also be bought and sold there. Steep meadows are part of everyday life here – you will need courage and the right machinery to safely harvest your hay. The region is purely grassland farming, due to the high altitude. However, a field (Giants standard) has been added where you can try your luck. Besides haymaking, forestry plays an important role. FS25 VAT System VAT system for Farming Simulator 25. This mod expands the financial management system with configurable VAT functionality. It is primarily intended for realistic multiplayer, roleplay and economy projects where VAT should not only be simulated, but also assigned to a designated farm acting as the VAT recipient. HOW IT WORKS Prices, sales revenue and farm-to-farm transfers handled by the mod are treated as gross amounts. VAT is not added on top of the displayed amount. Instead, the mod calculates the VAT already included in the gross amount according to the configured VAT rate. VAT can be enabled or disabled separately for each supported category, and an individual VAT rate from 0 to 30 percent can be configured for every category. SUPPORTED CATEGORIES – Shop – Vehicles, Equipment & Hand Tools – Shop – Pallets, Big Bags, Bales & Objects – Placeables – Agricultural Goods & Consumables – Production Goods & Miscellaneous – Animals – Farmlands – Transfers Between Farms VAT RECIPIENT An existing farm can be selected as the VAT recipient in the game settings. VAT calculated by the mod is credited to this farm. For purchases, the displayed purchase price remains the gross amount. The VAT included in that amount is calculated and credited to the selected VAT recipient. For supported sales, the sales revenue remains the gross amount. The included VAT is deducted from the selling farm’s revenue and transferred to the VAT recipient. When VAT on farm-to-farm transfers is enabled, the entered transfer amount is treated as a gross amount. The destination farm receives the net amount, while the included VAT is transferred to the selected VAT recipient. FINANCE OVERVIEW The mod registers a dedicated finance entry for VAT. This allows corresponding VAT transactions to be displayed separately as VAT in the finance overview. ADMINISTRATION & MULTIPLAYER The settings are available in the game settings and can only be changed by administrators. The configuration is saved with the respective savegame and synchronized in multiplayer. Note: This mod provides a freely configurable VAT system for gameplay and roleplay purposes. FS25 Vehicle Inspection (HU) Adds a periodic vehicle inspection system (HU) to Farming Simulator 25 for all vehicles with a license plate – tractors, trucks, cars, trailers, harvesters, auger wagons and more. — WHAT DOES THIS MOD DO? — Every vehicle with an actual license plate mounted automatically gets an inspection interval based on its vehicle class, speed, or permissible gross weight (e.g. car/motorcycle every 24 months, truck every 12 months, tractor up to 40 km/h every 24 months / above every 12 months, trailer up to 10 t every 24 months / above every 12 months). Once due, the vehicle is marked “Due” or “Overdue” but always stays drivable – fully usable for roleplay without limiting gameplay. — INITIAL SETUP (one-time, admins only) — In the game settings under “Vehicle Inspection”, two roles can be assigned: – Inspection farm: may perform inspections and renew inspection dates. – Decommissioning authority: may decommission a vehicle or revoke it. Both admin-only, saved with the savegame, synchronized to every player. — USING THE INSPECTION STATION — Its own tab in the pause menu (green clock icon) with the full vehicle register across all farms. Select a vehicle, then: — VEHICLE CLASSES AND INTERVALS — Modeled after real German inspection regulations (§ 29 StVZO) as a game-balanced approximation – not legal advice. All classes, thresholds, and over 60 vehicle categories are freely adjustable in huSettings.xml, no coding required. — MULTIPLAYER — All settings and inspection data are saved with the savegame and continuously synchronized between server and players.

FS25 Buy Leased Equipment Allows purchasing leased equipment with a price reduction based on usage time and time elapsed since the start of the lease. The reduction follows a rule of 1% discount for each month since the initial date (up to a limit of 36 months) and a 2.1% rate for each working hour (up to a limit of 12 operating hours). Using a vehicle costing 110,000 in the shop as an example, the first day cost (base fees + daily fee + hour fee) would be 5,610. If this truck works for the farm up to the 36-month limit with 12 operating hours, it receives reductions of 39,600 for lease time (1% of 110,000 x 36) and 27,720 for working time (2.1% of 110,000 x 12). The final cost to purchase the equipment would be 42,680 (110,000 – (39,600 + 27,720)), resulting in a total final cost of 112,200.
