Linz Scenery v1.0
First version of landmarks in my home town Linz in Austria. Starting with the newly extended “Vöstbrücke” across the Danube river I’m planning to bring some of the most recognized buildings to MSFS. I modeled the bridge in Blender based on GIS data available, due to the old satelite image data used in MSFS 2020 the briidge does not correspond 100% with the sat image data anymore, which leads to some inconsistent placing of the auto-generated road. Road traffic across the bridge is generally working. No Google data was used. This is just the beginning as I’m planning to update and expand the scenery over time. EGCK Caernarfon with custom buildings v1.0
For our second collaboration we present EGCK Caernarfon. I have custom built all the airport buildings, plus some of the surrounding buildings including revamping the caravan park nearby. Superspud has waved his magic wand over the terrain and added all the wonderful details that make things come alive. (Love the wheelie bin outside the cottage!). Would have liked to have animated wind turbines but the default models are ginormous and can’t be resized, so have to do with static ones (imagine it’s the only windless day in North West Wales) Hope you enjoy. My attempt at VHHH Airport. I massive thankyou to Terry at TOD (from XPlane) for allowing me to use some of his models (originally designed for Xplane). I am hoping to continue tweaking it to add more detail but this certainly is better than the default. One note, due to my inexperience with the modelling, the jetways aren’t the moveable type but standard scenery objects, hope some of you get some enjoyment from it. There are no custom buildings in this scenery, I only used buildings curently available in the SDK. A320 Aer Lingus 1974 v1.0
Presenting the A320neo throwing back to the colours that Aer Lingus flew from 1974 until 1996. In particular, I have tried to recreate the look of the 737-200s, 707s and 747-100s which flew for Aer Lingus in that era with their bare metal wings and engine cowlings. It took quite a bit of tinkering to get the bare metal look just right, but I’m pretty happy with how it has turned out.
