All vehicles offer extensive configuration options with numerous attachments and lighting options. Custom decals can be added via the "ChangeDecals" folder. V1.0.0.5 A rear differential lock was scripted in; it doesn’t help much since it’s rear-wheel drive, but it does lock the rear wheels to spin in unison when you switch it on. It does something, though I tried it in the mud and—unfortunately—it’s hopeless; still, it looks good as a decorative feature. John Deere 1990 CCS Air Seeder V1.0
The John Deere 1990 CCS is an air seeder from Farming Simulator 19. This particular version was originally created by JA Modding. I brought this machine over to Farming Simulator 25 because I missed having an air seeder with an onboard seed tank that fits a medium-sized farming operation. The goal was to preserve the character and functionality of the original machine while giving it a place in FS25. The original wheel configuration has been preserved, and I added an optional BKT tire configuration with slightly larger tires to provide better flotation during wet planting conditions. Specifications Manufacturer: John Deere Model: 1990 CCS Working Width: 44 ft Row Spacing: 15 in Recommended HP: 220–308 HP Base Tires: Original wheel configuration Optional Tires: BKT for slightly larger flotation footprint Price: $45,000 Horsepower Recommendation The recommended horsepower range is based on approximately 5–7 HP per foot of working width, with actual requirements depending on terrain and soil conditions. These are NOT hardcoded in the scripting of the mod, just a general rule of thumb. The mod is set for 275 HP, I pulled it with 230 HP in testing though. 5 HP/ft: 220 HP 6 HP/ft: 264 HP 7 HP/ft: 308 HP For heavier soils, hills, or difficult field conditions, additional horsepower may be beneficial. Tire Options The original wheel configuration is retained for those who want the classic setup. An optional BKT tire configuration is also included, using slightly larger tires for improved flotation when planting in wet or marginal conditions. These will be available at an additional cost.
