This mod simulates a complete banking system. – Option to open up to 10 accounts. – Fixed-term savings accounts where money can be invested for 1, 5, or 10 years (earning interest). – Vehicle financing and leasing (option to buy vehicles outright, finance, or lease them). – Loans (the standard loan from the base game, mirrored within the banking system). – Insurance (option to insure vehicles against costly repairs or paint jobs). Custom banking system with a dedicated menu: Bank name adapts to the map (e.g., “Village Bank” becomes “[Your Map Name] Bank”). Multiple bank accounts: In addition to the farm account, extra accounts can be created and renamed. Up to 10 accounts in total. Different icons can be selected for each account. Funds can be transferred between your own accounts. You can choose which account to use when making purchases. Transaction overview for transfers, financing, lease payments, and other banking activity. Fixed-term savings/investments with up to 8 active investments simultaneously: Available terms and interest rates: 1 year at 1% p.a. 5 years at 5% p.a. 10 years at 10% p.a. Vehicle financing with terms ranging from 12 to 96 months: Selectable down payment of 10%, 20%, or 30%. Selectable balloon payment (final installment) of 10%, 20%, or 30%. Financing interest rate of 5.5% p.a. Liquidity/credit check performed before financing is approved. Vehicle leasing with terms of 24, 36, 48, or 60 months. 10% down payment for leasing. Lease interest rate set at 4%. At the end of the lease, the vehicle can be purchased at its residual value or returned. Operating loan via the standard LS25 loan system. Loans can be taken out and repaid in €5,000 increments. The save game’s standard credit limit applies. Dunning and arrears system for financing and lease agreements. Unpaid installments are recorded as outstanding. If 3 installments are missed, the vehicle in question is repossessed and removed from the game. The contract and remaining debt are then terminated, with no refund. Vehicles under active financing or lease agreements cannot simply be sold. Integrated vehicle insurance: Three options: no insurance, partial coverage, or comprehensive coverage. Partial coverage reimburses 50% of repair and painting costs. Comprehensive coverage reimburses 100% of repair and painting costs. Insurance premiums are based on the vehicle’s value. Partial coverage costs 1.2% of the vehicle’s value per year. Comprehensive coverage costs 2.4% of the vehicle’s value per year. Minimum premium is €2 per month. Changes to the coverage plan take effect starting the next game month. Insurance premiums and reimbursements are logged. Seasonal Egg Production Realistic Livestock Version V1.0

Thanks to DarthKitten, Seasonal Egg Production has now been reworked to work with Ritter’s Realistic Livestock. This version has been tested and confirmed working with Realistic Livestock. Realistic Livestock handles animal husbandries and production differently from the base game, including production calculations based on animal quality. DarthKitten reworked the Seasonal Egg Production system so the seasonal production multipliers can now function correctly alongside those changes. A huge thanks to DarthKitten for taking the time to make this compatibility possible. SEASONAL EGG PRODUCTION Chicken egg production changes throughout the year. Production is lowest during the short winter days, increases through spring, peaks during summer, and declines through autumn. The system automatically scales production for different flock sizes and works with base-game chicken coops and compatible modded chicken husbandries that use the standard Farming Simulator 25 husbandry output system. DEFAULT MONTHLY PRODUCTION January: 10% February: 20% March: 40% April: 65% May: 85% June: 100% July: 100% August: 90% September: 70% October: 45% November: 25% December: 10% CONFIGURATION Open seasonalEggProduction.xml inside the ZIP and edit the multiplier for each month. Examples: 1.00 = 100% production 0.50 = 50% production 0.10 = 10% production Set debug=”true” only when troubleshooting. Debug mode prints production adjustments to log.txt. INSTALLATION Place FS25_SeasonalEggProduction.zip in your Farming Simulator 25 mods folder and enable it when loading a savegame.
