A harmless rain shower can quickly turn into a real challenge for your farm! 💦 🌧️ **WHAT TO EXPECT** 🌍 **For every map:** MapFlood analyzes the terrain when the map is loaded, calculates drainage directions and identifies places where water can collect. 🌊 **Dynamic Flooding:** During heavy rain and with sufficient ground moisture, water collects in depressions, valleys, and low-lying sections of road. Snowmelt is also taken into account. ⚙️ **Individually adjustable:** Adjust the flood strength and other available settings to suit your gameplay. 🚒 **Pumping Water:** Combat floods with suitable pumps, hoses, and supported vehicles and equipment such as fire trucks, tank trailers, and anything else that can transport liquids. (All fire trucks are automatically detected, whether from the official free Emergency DLC by Giants or a modded vehicle, and are equipped with a pump, as are all liquid containers, vehicles, and trailers.) This allows you to freely choose how you want to fight the flood, whether with a fire truck or, for example, a 20-year-old manure spreader with a tractor… 💰 **Flood Missions:** Help with floods and earn money through successfully completed missions. 🚧 **Visible effects:** Rising water can flood roads, fields and low-lying areas, and disrupt traffic if the water is deep enough. 🌧️ **Rain and snowmelt:** When field soil moisture exceeds 70%, corresponding precipitation and meltwater can contribute to flooding. 🚜 **A new challenge for your farm!** Because sometimes even the best tractor is no help – then it’s time for the pump! 😂🌊 ⚠️ **IMPORTANT: BETA VERSION** MapFlood is still under development. Vehicle Lock V Beta
Decide for yourself which vehicle models are available in your game. With the Vehicle Lock, you can block tractors, trucks, harvesters and other machines individually or by category for purchase and rental. Perfect for nostalgia and Ostalgie maps Features: – Lock and unlock models directly in the vehicle view of the shop. – Clear selection menu with action, category and associated models. – Lock and unlock entire categories or all vehicle models at once. – Locked models remain visible in the shop. – Contracts with locked models in the designated loan vehicle package are hidden. – Objects and tools are excluded from the lock. – The lock list is saved separately for each savegame. – Supports loaded vehicles from the base game, DLCs and mods. Controls: Open the selection menu with Ctrl + Alt + B or use the “Lock / unlock model” button in the vehicle view of the shop. Vehicles already owned remain usable. Accepted contracts remain available. A lock applies to all configurations of the respective model.
Automatic Profit Tax V1.0
This simple mod will automatically tax your profits at the beginning of each month or quarter, depending on your settings. It only deducts taxes for profits from crops, products and property income. You will not be taxed for selling vehicles, equipment, buildings or land. You will also not be taxed if you make a loss. You can choose between the following tax percentages under General Settings: 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and 50%. You can also select Monthly or Quarterly payments. Quarterly payments occur at the beginning of January, April, July and October, covering the previous quarter. This mod is for people who want more realism or a more challenging economy. I made it for personal use but decided to share it with the community in case someone else might appreciate it. To start download click the filename. Split Brakes V1.0
This mod adds split brakes to each tractor, allowing the rear wheels to be braked independently. In reality, many old as well as modern tractors have such brakes. The use of split brakes is particularly helpful when transporting heavy loads, when the tractor becomes too light on the front axle and is difficult to steer over the front wheels. In such cases, the tractor can be turned around the blocked wheel by selectively braking a rear wheel. This mod is a real must-have, especially for short manoeuvring work or forestry work. The split brake can be used up to a speed of 50 km/h. For an even better and more realistic driving experience, we recommend setting the gear shift mode to manual.
