Vehicle anchor V1.0

With this mod, slipping conveyor belts are a thing of the past. Conveyor belts as well as the Göweil Vario Master V-140 and the Göweil G4010 Q Profi can be securely fixed in their location. For vehicles and devices with external interaction, you can also set and release the anchor directly on the device. You can use the mod settings XML to add additional vehicles and devices that should also be fixed. The included German and English Readme files explain how the configuration works.
