Remember Player Positions V1.0.2.1

Saves the player positions within the savegame. Loading or joining a game, will span you at your last position. Works also in multiplayer. Change log 1.0.2.0: – Players in a vehicle will now spawn in that vehicle. Change log 1.0.1.0: – Positions will now also be saved on leaving a multiplayer server.
