Grain Hauling Service v 0.4.8.9

Pay a third party to move your grain from storage to any sell point of your choice, can pull grain from any of your owned storages, and paying a fee depending on how fast, and convenient you want the service to be to open menu, use default keybind “CTRL+G” (can be changed in settings menu).
Version 0.4.8.9: * Fixed the menu not opening in vehicles, can now be opened from vehicles, not only on foot
