Farming Simulator 25: Official GPS Feature Unveiled
Farming Simulator 25: Official GPS Feature Unveiled Today, the first gameplay of Farming Simulator 25 was revealed, and it’s time to dive into the exciting new features, starting with the most anticipated addition: GPS! Farming Simulator 25 GPS & HUD The gameplay HUD confirmed that GPS will be integrated into Farming Simulator 25! After a long wait, players can finally use GPS without needing a mod. This feature will save fuel and speed up farming tasks, enhancing efficiency on your virtual farm. Additionally, Giants Software showcased another improvement: the fill level will now appear above the tachometer, and the dashboard will display the fill type, making it easier to know what’s being loaded. Other useful information, such as repair and tank levels, are also included. However, there don’t seem to be any changes to the gear shift system. Working hours for devices are capped at 999.9 due to display limitations. The familiar HUD will continue to show the current weather, month, time, time factor, and account balance. This time, the dashboard color has been changed from blue to green, adding a fresh look to the interface. #gallery-5 { margin: auto; } #gallery-5 .gallery-item { float: left; margin-top: 10px; text-align: center; width: 25%; } #gallery-5 img { border: 2px solid #cfcfcf; } #gallery-5 .gallery-caption { margin-left: 0; } /* see gallery_shortcode() in wp-includes/media.php */ It’s time to plant RICE! One of the newest features in Farming Simulator 25 is rice cultivation. The gameplay footage reveals that rice seedlings are grown in greenhouses, and you won’t be able to buy seed pallets. This means it will take some time to cultivate rice in your field. Water is essential for growing rice, and you’ll need 5,000 liters of it in your greenhouse to grow the seedlings. You can transport the pallet with a front loader. In the gameplay, a Fendt tractor with a Quicke front loader and an Albutt pallet fork was used for this task. #gallery-6 { margin: auto; } #gallery-6 .gallery-item { float: left; margin-top: 10px; text-align: center; width: 25%; } #gallery-6 img { border: 2px solid #cfcfcf; } #gallery-6 .gallery-caption { margin-left: 0; } /* see gallery_shortcode() in wp-includes/media.php */ New ISEKI Planting Machine The gameplay footage showcased the ISEKI PRJ8D seeding machine, which is used to plant rice seedlings in the fields. This machine can hold up to 25 liters of seedlings, but since each pallet contains only 24 liters, it reaches 98% of its capacity. The realism of the game is enhanced as you can see the water moving while the machine operates. The ISEKI PRJ8D is an 8-row planter capable of planting rice seedlings at speeds of up to 6 km/h. #gallery-7 { margin: auto; } #gallery-7 .gallery-item { float: left; margin-top: 10px; text-align: center; width: 25%; } #gallery-7 img { border: 2px solid #cfcfcf; } #gallery-7 .gallery-caption { margin-left: 0; } /* see gallery_shortcode() in wp-includes/media.php */ How to Harvest Rice When your rice is ready to be harvested, you’ll need the new ISEKI HJ6130 harvester. This machine, showcased for the first time in the gameplay, is specifically designed to harvest all types of rice. It features its own container for storing the harvested rice, making it highly efficient as you won’t need a tractor to collect the rice. The ISEKI HJ6130 operates at a speed of up to 8 km/h, and you can sell the harvested rice for a profit. #gallery-8 { margin: auto; } #gallery-8 .gallery-item { float: left; margin-top: 10px; text-align: center; width: 25%; } #gallery-8 img { border: 2px solid #cfcfcf; } #gallery-8 .gallery-caption { margin-left: 0; } /* see gallery_shortcode() in wp-includes/media.php */ Long Grain Rice Another variety, “Long Grain Rice,” was featured in the FarmCon 25 gameplay footage. To harvest this type of rice, you’ll need the new New Holland CR 11 harvester. This harvester operates at a speed of 10 km/h and allows you to sell the harvested rice just like other grains. Although no additional functionalities of this machine were shown in the gameplay, we hope to see more details revealed at the event.
