Disable Automatic Engine Start V1.0

If you like realism and don’t want the engine to start automatically every time you create a new savegame, this mod is for you. It turns off the “Automatic Engine Start” option when you create new savegame. You’ll need to start your vehicle’s engine by yourself — just like in real life. Simple and useful.
