Deadwood Pointer v1.1

When a deadwood contract is active, a pointer shows the exact locations of the trees. V1.1.0.0 – Removed the pointers that pointed towards logs from wood transport contracts. These should also be hidden from the transport trailer when loaded. – The mod should now work in multiplayer.
