Advanced Loans adds an advanced credit system to Farming Simulator 25. Features: – Separate loan menu in the game menu. – Loans with your own amount, term, interest rate, monthly installment and remaining balance. – Early repayments with current month interest and early repayment fee. – Automatic repayment of installments every month when the period changes. – Separate credits for each farm in multiplayer. – Optional compatibility with Additional Currencies. Amount entry fields use the active converted currency when the currency converter is enabled. V1.0.2.0 – Added calculation of the farm’s creditworthiness based on assets. – The available loan amount is now calculated from the value of land, vehicles, buildings, animals and available money. – Active debt is now subtracted from your available credit limit. – Added admin settings menu. – Added configurable loan settings saved for a given save/server. – The administrator can now set the interest rate, maximum loan period, minimum and maximum loan limits, early repayment commission and property creditworthiness factors. – Improved multiplayer/server compatibility for shared loan settings. – Updated changelog and ModHub data.
