Root crops pallet v1.1.0.0

An optional fillable pallet that adds root crops and vegetables for machines and implements that have a direct unload option (default key I). Can be used with root harvesters. V1.1.0.0 Created a new pallet for all the root crops instead of using the in-game ones, removing the selling price. It still costs nothing to spawn one but won't provide any money when sold. Didn't test, but it might collide with other mods that modify fillable pallets, especially if through scripts.
