Player Last Position V1.0.1

Saves each player's position upon disconnect, independent of the server save cycle. Players are teleported back to their last position when they reconnect. Works on foot and in vehicles. Compatible with singleplayer, multiplayer, and dedicated servers. V1.0.1.0 - Saves position during game save to address the singleplayer Alt+F4 edge case - Fixes player rotation not being restored upon reconnect.
