The Weaner Hut offers a completely new approach to housing recently weaned piglets from 5kg to 40kg, and the Dry Sow/Gilt Hut stands out from other housing options on the market by moving away from high-maintenance, short-lifespan materials like sheet steel and wood. Constructed similarly to our popular Aardvark and Armadillo farrowing arks, the single-piece polyethylene moulded shell is double-walled with a wide air cavity in between, providing exceptional temperature control in extreme summer and winter conditions. This design produces minimal condensation, resulting in significant savings on straw and creating a much drier, healthier environment for the livestock. The smooth, framework-free design easily lifts away from old bedding, with no dirt traps or ledges to retain old material.
