The Shinano Brewery, home of the mystical “Nine-Tail Sake”! Here, carefully polished rice combines with pure filtered water, special yeast, and the magic of koji to craft a legendary drink. Koji and yeast are available for purchase from the shop menu under pallets or special crops. These, along with rice (long grain or regular), are loaded into the building from the front loading bay. Water is added to the rear storage tank.
