1967 Allis Chalmers D17 V1.0.0.3

A work in progress. We hope to finish soon. Basic functions are operational. The standard trailer hitch works. The three-point hitch is not functional at the moment. The steering wheel is still being developed, so it currently serves as a placeholder. The front wheels turn, but the front axle is still being worked on, so they turn but not perfectly aligned as they should be.
