A selection of square silos of different sizes to meet the needs of various farms. In real life, square silos often contain both a grain dryer and storage space. When the grain is dry and doesn't require further drying, these buildings function like regular silos in the game. These structures are typically built on a slope to optimize the placement of internal functions, but they can also be constructed on flat ground, though this may require more space due to terrain elevation changes. Terrain editing is recommended before placing the building—saving the game beforehand allows easy reloading if you're not satisfied with the terrain adjustments. The larger, more modern silos in this pack dry grain using a bioheater. To simulate fuel use and the cost savings of biofuel over fossil fuels, these buildings include a sales point for woodchips and straw. The silo capacity can be further increased with extensions.
