FS25 Sentry Pumpjack v1.0.0.0

This is an oil mod I created in FS15, converted to FS17, and now to FS25. The model was freely available online; the only info I found is that the maker is Herrl. In FS15, the pumpjack was static. In FS17, someone made a small Lua script to animate the pumpjack. Now in FS25, I changed the textures, and the pumpjack can be placed on your map, but it remains static. The animation clip from FS17 is still included, but I don't know how to make GE animations work solely through XML. If anyone knows and wants to get it working and reupload it for everyone, that would be great. If no one steps up, at least there's a placeable pumpjack for those who want one.
