Narrow vines and olives v2.0.0.0

A slightly narrow row of grape and olive plants, spaced 2.5 meters apart instead of the usual 3 meters. V2.0.0.0 Added vines and olives spaced 2 meters apart. This is the minimum clearance for machines to pass through, so be cautious. (The hand cultivators from my hand tools pack can't be used here since it's just over 2 meters; a smaller version will be added later.) Allows you to plant more rows for a better yield, while still providing enough space for machinery to pass through. A double pruner becomes more practical in this setup.
