A major random-events expansion for American Truck Simulator, featuring repaired and modernized legacy content alongside many newly created roadside scenes. Fungaming Events Expansion enriches the roads of ATS with a larger and more varied collection of believable roadside situations. Existing content has been carefully audited and repaired for ATS 1.60, while new scenes add modern roadside assistance, recovery, inspection, maintenance and emergency-response activity. MODERNIZATION AND REPAIRS • Reworked and tested for American Truck Simulator 1.60. • Audited supplied definitions, scenes, models, materials, textures, vehicle selectors, cutscene tokens and resource references. • Repaired missing models, materials, signs, textures, cutscene references, invalid vehicle looks and obsolete traffic selections. • Corrected invalid event data and restored balanced cutscene, curve and warning-sign distances. • Improved traffic blocking, lane protection and warning layouts where required. • Replaced the obsolete highway-helper selection with the current official SCS Highway Helper. • Updated recovery and parked emergency-vehicle selections for current ATS traffic definitions. • Replaced incompatible vehicle visuals that caused license-plate and model-hookup errors. • Removed obsolete duplicate hookups and invalid legacy model looks. • Repaired temporary-traffic-light roadworks with current ATS semaphore profiles, placement and timing. CHARACTERS AND SCENE LIFE • Scene-appropriate personnel for breakdown, recovery, police, highway-helper, roadwork and accident scenes. • Workers positioned around their intended vehicles and work areas using varied, believable poses. • Staffed support vehicles where personnel are logically expected. • Current default ATS highway officers used in place of several outdated traffic-officer models. • Selected older characters retained where they still add useful variety and remain correctly positioned. • Rare time-aware unstaffed worksites represent lunch breaks, early mornings and secured sites outside working hours. • Safe 80-metre and 120-metre temporary-traffic-light roadworks restored at a low, balanced frequency. EVENT BALANCE New-event occurrence weights are balanced so no single scene dominates. Events retain road-type, time, length and shoulder-space requirements to prevent unsuitable or unsafe placement. Real Companies, Shops & Billboards for ATS – this mod will change the vanilla companies to real brands, changes shop textures and billboards to get a more real life experience. The gas stations are still WIP. We change the gasstations one by one and release them when one is finished. So please be patient, other brands will be changed and if possible the huge amount of Chevron and Texaco will be reduced, so more brands can make it to the game. This modification adds real-life company names and logos to the game’s AI traffic vehicles, as well as real-world storefronts and billboards along the roads. Key Features: Smart Gate Overhaul: Extended trigger ranges, fixed colliders, and streamlined logic keep your momentum rolling as you approach industrial gates, security checkpoints, and border crossings across all map DLCs. Dynamic Parking System: Over 85 commercial, industrial, and rural sectors now populate context-aware with fitting vehicles. Grain co-ops, oilfields, marine ramps, and rest stops finally feel alive.
