Originally made this for personal use, and decided to share it with the community.
Features: -More PoWeR! -Winch FARTHER! -No Engine Required!
Instructions: 1: Take files 2: Drag and drop the .xml files into the “Winches” file in inital.pak 3: Open game and make winch go brrrr
