UK-US English Translation Fixes V1.1 Mod

Any problems or errors, please write a message and I’ll fix as soon as possible.
Notable changes are: Meteo Point/Station changed to Weather Point/Station. Airdrome to Airport. Firewatch Tower to Fire Watchtower. Alfa to Alpha. Kovd to Kovda, for correct Russian place name. English names for Hood = Bonnet, Freeway = Motorway etc. in English UK. Corrections to all joined words, e.g. Oiltank to Oil Tank, Allterrain to All Terrain. Etc.
All spelling mistakes are corrected to UK or US English spelling. English US is default English language. Use Language selector in settings to change to English UK.
