The night looks like a light twilight. There is a slight hint of fog, so that you can still see and recognize everything without car lights.

FOLLOW THIS METHOD Go to your game Directory > en_us > preload > paks > client > open “initial.pak” with winRar > replace “.xml” in > classes > daytime from my mod.
HOW TO OPEN “.PAK” FILES: Right click on *.pak file and then “Open With” Select WinRAR.
