The M35A2 is the main military truck of the US Army with a payload capacity of 2.5 tons with a 6×6 wheelbase, produced until 2000, which was in service in more than 30 countries around the world. The M54A2 is a family of American 5-ton, all-wheel drive, three-axle military trucks developed immediately after World War II to replace the existing 4-, 5-, 6-, and 7½-ton trucks in the US military.
