Man’oushe Za’atar is a Lebanese dish comprising of a flatbread topped with a mixture of za’atar (thyme, oregano, marjoram, toasted sesame seeds, salt, and sometimes sumac and other spices) and olive oil blend. It’s then cooked in the oven until crispy. It’s usually eaten as a breakfast.
