Mods: Find all collectibles mod by Sigma1202 from Mod The Sims.
This is a simple mod that adds a “collect collectibles” pie menu when you click on your sim, after you open it up you get two options; collect rocks and collect frogs, once you select one your sim will automatically start collecting all the rocks/frogs in the neighbourhood
