This mod adds a new grass strip airport with ICAO code 37AR, called Ponca International. The mountaintop strip is located above the Buffalo National River in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas, and provides a great base for exploring. This mod adds the Ozark Mountaintop airport, 37AR, to the sim. Airport has a single grass strip and provides stunning views of the Ozark Mountains. From here, you can explore the Ozarks, the Buffalo National River, Boxley Valley, and are a short trip east to the Grand Canyon of the Ozarks. The mod also fixes dozens of water sources in the area, focusing on approach & departure routes and popular exploration areas. “The runway at Ponca has an uphill grade of almost 5% from east to west, making the recommended approach to runway 28 and departure from runway 10. Beautiful country make the approach rewarding, and the uphill slope make the short-ish 1,200′ runway play much longer than it is. I am aware that some buildings are using older models (Luna and MetaForum are not correct, especially MetaForum), I was unable to find more recent models, but I might try to make them myself. This scenery pack does not include the entire TU/e campus because I was unable to find models for certain buildings (like Flux). The walkways aren’t modeled either (mostly). All of the rights of these models goes to the original creators: Poul and Christian F. whose models I used. These models currently don’t have any LOD settings since the models themselves are already quite light on the vertex count. Do keep in mind that this scenery pack is considerably larger in size than my Eindhoven Scenery Pack simply because the models included in this pack are of higher quality & quantity. might update this pack later on if I find some better models / more models for missing buildings or if I decide to make the missing models myself. Bergenfix. Lake elevation fix for area around Bergen v1.0
The scenery contains around 400 manual elevation fixes for various terrain glitches around Bergen, built with the in-game SDK-tools provided by Asobo. Because all the fixes are manual I might have missed a few spots, but it is overall a lot better than it was. Also check out my other scenery packages for more elevation fixes in Norway.
