Marco Island Executive Airport – KMKY, Florida v1.1
Marco Island Executive Airport is a public airport located in Naples, Collier County, Florida, four miles (6.4 km) northeast of the central business district of Marco Island. The airport is a popular destination for private flying and the airport represents an important assest to the local community, operated by the Colllier County Airport Authority. Currently, the airport is home to several local flight schools, public air charters, aircraft maintenance providers and the Marco Island Squadron of the United States Civil Air Patrol. The Airport is in the midst of a $15 million terminal redevelopment initiative, which aims to construct a new, two-story terminal building approximately 500 feet west of the existing terminal, which is currenty located within an unsafe distance from the Runway. The Airport features a 5000ft x 100ft (1524m x 30m) runway 17/35, a parrallel taxiway, a large apron suitable for private jets, a private terminal, 3 hangars including a US Civil Air Patrol base and several flight schools. There are no scheduled flights but charters are common and the airport becomes extremely busy with them in the summer season. This scenery contains an acurate representation of the Airport, including a custom modeled and textured terminal building, custom hangars as well as the surrounding area with reworked autogen and terraforming to represent the area more accurately than the base game does. Bahamas Scenery Mega Pack v1.1
The Bahamas is country containing a collection of more than 700 islands and cays located in the Atlantic Ocean in the North of the Carribean. With the Tropical climate as well as the seclusion of the small islands/cays and the short trip to the USA, it has become a very popular location for vacationers and the mega rich. Many high profile celebrities own their own island in the Bahamas and a high number of them have private airports to transport them there. Because of the small size of many of the islands, the airports have small runways and aprons and many are often run-down or poorly paved. This creates a difficult challenge for pilots, especially those flying jets. This Mega Pack contains over 10+ custom, handcrafted airports for you to explore as well as over 40+ reworked islands and cays to more accurately represent the Bahamas in MSFS 2020. Each airport has been completeley reworked with custom textures, autogen and terrain data for each island/cay as well as hand placed models to bring this tropical paradise alive. Abadan International Airport (OIAA) v1.0
During World War II, Abadan Airport was a major logistics center for Lend-Lease aircraft being sent to the Soviet Union by the United States. Beginning in May 1942, the United States Army Air Forces Air Technical Service Command and the Douglas Aircraft Company established a plant here, with the 17th Air Depot Group assembling newly arrived aircraft and flight-testing them. Once prepared, they were flown to Mehrabad Airport, Tehran, for delivery to the Soviets.[3][4] The airport was designated as Station #3, by the Air Transport Command North African Wing, with connecting routes to Mehrabad Airport, Tehran; RAF Habbaniya, Iraq, and Bahrain Airport, Bahrain. Stade de la Meinau, Strasbourg – France v1.0
The Stade de la Meinau, commonly known as “La Meinau”, is a football stadium in Strasbourg, France. It is the home ground of RC Strasbourg and has also hosted international matches, including one game of the 1938 World Cup, two games of Euro 1984 and the final of the Cup Winners’ Cup in 1988. La Meinau has also been used as a venue for concerts and a mass by John Paul II in 1988. The stadium is owned by the Strasbourg municipality and is rented by the RC Strasbourg. This is my first mod and it is probably not perfect. I wanted to share it to let others know the history of this football club which is much more than just a club.
