Stadion An der Alten Försterei (English: Stadium at the old forester’s house) is a football stadium in Köpenick and the largest single-purpose football stadium in the German capital of Berlin. It has been home to football club 1. FC Union Berlin and its forerunners since its opening in 1920. The stadium’s capacity was last redeveloped in 2009 and expanded in 2013. Some of the redevelopment work was carried out by over 2,300 Union Berlin supporters volunteering their services. During league matches the arena features a total capacity of 22,012. There are 3,617 seats available whilst the rest of the ground remains terracing. The stadium became also known for events like the annual “Weihnachtssingen” (Christmas Carols Event) and the “WM-Wohnzimmer” (World Cup Living Room) in 2014. [EDDP] Leipzig-Halle Airport Enhancement v1.0
This is a scenery enhancement addon for Leipzig-Halle Airport (EDDP) located in Schkeuditz in between the cities of Leipzig (Saxony) and Halle (Saxony-Anhalt), serving both cities. It is only the 11th busiest airport by passengers, but the second busiest airport in Germany when it comes to cargo due to being a hub for DHL (German postal service) and AeroLogic. It was designed to be able to handle NATO and EU military aircraft aswell. This scenery is my first big airport project, so there might be still some problems. Feel free to comment if you run into any issues. It is work in progress and far from being perfect (if there is such thing). Features: – completely reworked ground layout according to charts – completely reworked parking (for naming conventions see pictures above) – new runway texture including skid marks – completely reworked ground markings (including some custom ones) – custom terminal building and actual taxiway bridges – better night-lighting – hundreds of hand-placed scenery objects including models for AN-124, Il-18 and local railway – SDK-buildings as placeholders for tower and other airport buildings (I hope to add them as custom models in the future) Known issues and limitations: – taxiway signs are missing (will be added in a future update) – highway traffic behaves strangly around custom bridges (You could encounter floating cars going through or over the bridge. I tried really hard to solve this, but didn´t found any way yet.) – custom models not textured yet (In general the buildings are quite basic. I just got started with blender and am still learning a lot.) – DHL-apron is simplified (no R/L parking spots, which would be somehow impractical to handle in the menu) Please remove any taxiway fix or flatten addon before using this airport, because these caused some chaos when I tested compatibility. You should not need any of these with this airport anyway.
