EGXC – RAF Coningsby v1.0
RAF Coningsby home for some of the RAF Typhoon Sqns 3(F) Sqn, 12 Sqn, 29 Sqn, XI(F) Sqn and BBMF. RAF Coningsby in Lincolnshire is one of two RAF Quick Reaction Alert (QRA) Stations which protect UK airspace (RAF Lossiemouth is the other). RAF Coningsby is home to two frontline, combat-ready squadrons and is the training station for Typhoon pilots. Almost 3,000 Service Personnel, Civil Servants, and contractors work at RAF Coningsby. This is My 3rd RAF Station I have constructed RAF Shawbury & RAF Mona. This is still an ongoing project but as most are aware life gets in the way of some faster progress. In this version you will see; Version 1.0 Handcrafted Buildings ATC, Concrete Sheds (Inc Open lit ones) BFI (although terraforming didn’t work so well so just made by a model) Distance to go marker boards Arrester boards Mil traffic lights (Permanently on red as the traffic lights only apply to vehicle traffic) DRDF RPAR Still to come: BBMF Hangar Fire Section (Struggling to find pictures for reference) Gaydon hangars Typhoon Maintenance Building 12 Sqn Covers on Main ASP I have tested and noticed I forgot to disable the aprons so you can just about see the outline on some taxiways etc. they will be removed on the next update. ATC hasn’t been played with, so not 100% sure if it is accurate. I have found in clear skies the hangars are shiny but tried different textures and they don’t seem to stay dull. This is a B-52 Stratofortress (Air Force Serial Number 56-0687, from the Strategic Air Command) in the northwest corner of the Orlando International Airport, just off the Beachline Expressway runway 18L. Los Angeles water fix & California dry lakes v0.1.0
This mod fixes the unrealistic amount of water in the Los Angeles area and dry lakes that contained unrealistic amounts of water in California, Arizona and Nevada. For some reasons a lot of huge reservoirs, flood control basins, dry lakes etc. that is empty of water for most of the time was all filled to capacity in MSFS. This mod increases the realism by matching the water bodies and water levels to what is actually reflected on the underlying sattelite imagery. The mod simply contains water exclusion polygons and also some building exclusions to clean up errouneously generated autogen buildings. This is a current list of the largest terrain features that has been corrected: Los Angeles Area Prado Reservoir Santa Clara river & Castaic Creek Los Angeles river San Gabriel river Santa Fe dam area Many small flood control basins, reservoirs etc. Dry Lakes Willcox Playa Lordsburg Playa Rogers Lake Mormon Lake Dry lakes around Edwards AFB Owens lake corrections Many other small dry lakes, ponds and river beds The mod does in no way intend to cover all possible errors with water placement. Portorož Airport (LJPZ) is the smallest of three international airports in Slovenia. It is located near Portorož, and less than 300m from the Croatian border. The airport was opened on 27 September 1962. In addition to Portorož, the airport serves a number of other tourist destinations in the region, including Piran, Izola, Koper in Slovenia, Trieste in Italy and Umag in Croatia. Juan Valdez Coffee Cups v2.0
Mod require the FlyByWire A32NX. Somebody requested this cup. Now I don’t know anything about Juan Valdez Columbian Coffee as I am from New Zealand and it is not a brand we see here. I am a bit of a coffee snob though so looking on the net these guys seem to be a pretty big deal. Would love to try their coffee. In the meantime, please feel free to critique my attempt at a cup to represent them. Ver 2.0 I spotted another version so I made a second cup for your drinking pleasure. If you are not familiar with the install method, simply extract the files and place the dds you want it in your ..\A32NX\SimObjects\AirPlanes\Asobo_A320_NEO\TEXTURE folder, overwriting the existing one.
