Supermarine Spitfire Mk.IX No 222 Squadron ZD-B MH434 v1.0
This mod is for the Third Party Aircraft Spitfire Mk IXc by FlyingIron Simulations. You can purchase this plane from https://flyingironsimulations.com/products/spitfire-l-f-mk-ixc-for-microsoft-flight-simulator This folder contains a repaint for the Spitfire Mk.IX by FlyingIron, in the colors of Spitfire IX MH434 ZD-B of No.222 (Natal) Squadron as flown by Flt Lt. Henry Lardner-Burke, DFC. He shot down at least two German aircraft while flying MH434. The aircraft later served with No 350 and again with No 222 squadrons. After the war, MH434 went to the Royal Dutch Air Force, where it flew as H-105 with 322 squadron in Java, Indonesia. In 1953 it went to the Belgian Air Force, becoming SM-41 and flying from Koksijde and Brustem. In 1956 is was bought by Tim Davies and it came back to the UK as G-ASJV. It flew the movie Battle of Britain and A Bridge Too Far. In 1983 it was sold to Ray Hanna and became part of the Olf Flying M<achine Company, where it still is, based at Duxford. Cessna 172 Skyhawk G1000 Tail dragger A powerfull member of the short take-off and landing capable Skyhawk family built on a Lycoming 210HP STC : The C172 Bush Kit The C172 Tail dragger and soon another useful model This is a plane patch over Asobo’s Skyhawk and adds a new plane to your hangar. Cockpit settings : There’s no easy way now to switch to the classic gauges C172 because of the DRM. So that’s currently a G1000 only option and uses the very same interior glass cockpit of the AS1000 Skyhawk. 3D model modifications of the original Asobo Skyhawk plane included : tail center wheel large and stable bush wheels Sportsman STOL Camber Cuffs on the wings Increased flaps angle Flight model modifications included : more power from a STC 210HP 4 cylinders engine 4 position flaps (0°, 10°, 20° and down to 40°) enhanced brakes Liveries included : Many thanks to ANN0V for the liveries, especially the red and metal inspired by this story : Plane & Pilot Photo Of The Week: Brian Jenkins’ Bare Metal Beauty Notes to livery makers : Registration numbers are split in two in panel.cfg : you will be able to set different colors for the wing and the side reg. Common parts of the plane have the exact same name as the C172 AS1000 model New parts have there textures in bush_172_* and tail_172_* files (wheels, landing gear…) Stickers are baked in the model, if you want to replace with yours, edit the file : BUSH172_STICKERS_ALBD.PNG You can also remove the stickers with a transparent texture file. EzRyder has made a very nice ALLInOne C172 Template. Don’t miss that paint kit. Flight model : Flight model is based on reaperS73 work on the C172 STC 210HP STOL G1000 and allows to operate in a STOL mode in bush locations. About this work : 3D model has been made with blender from the export of Skyhawk G1000 Asobo’s original model. All the external textures and animations had to be redone and match the original definitions. Bush wheels and legs come from the Asobo c152 and savage cub model. Fast Jet Zimbabwe A32NX v1.0
This mod require the Third Party Aircraft A32NX by FlyByWire Simulations. These liveries are compatible with the latest development branch. My Fast Jet livery converted to the A32NX FastJet Zimbabwe (callsign ZIMBIRD) commenced operations in late 2015, using its small fleet of A319-100s to serve destinations in South Africa and Zimbabwe. Due to poor commercial performance the airline went into restructuring, ditching its A319s for the smaller and cheaper E145s which it still operates to this day. FastJet Tanzania is also operated by the same company and shares the same livery to serve destinations in central Africa (callsign GREYBIRD). Recommended Destinations: -FJ Zim Harare FVHA, Johannesburg FAOR, Victoria Falls FVFA, Bulawayo FVBU. -FJ Tanz Dar es Salaam HTDA, Kilimanjaro HTKJ, Harare FVHA, Lusaka FLKK, (discont: Zanzibar city HTZA, Nairobi HKJK, Lilongwe FWKI, Entebbe HUEN) This was quite a challenge to make (lots of trial and error trying to get those triangles to line up properly) but I am pleased with the result and I hope you are too. This mod require the Third Party Aircraft A32NX by FlyByWire Simulations. These liveries are compatible with the latest development branch. My Air Zim livery converted to the A32NX. It is the A320 Neo in the Air Zimbabwe “new colour” scheme. Although this is a fictional livery as Air Zim do not own the A320 Neo they do however, “operate” two A320-200s which provided the main insperation for this livery. Remove Strasbourg cathedral (WU4 POI) v1.0
The latest World Update contained an “imporved” version of the Strasbourg cathedral. Unfortunately in my opinion they missed the mark for this POI. The colors of the cathedral are wrong and parts of the model is not accurate. It sadly makes the landmark look odd (imo). This mod simply removes the POI. That allows the original photogrammetry to show up again, instead of the custom model (from WU4). If you prefer the photogrammetric version of the Strasbourg cathedral instead of the custom POI from WU4 but you wan’t to keep WU4 installed; This mod is for you !! MegaPack A330 revised cockpit textures. v1.0
These textures do NOT independently function as a standalone in the community file. They must be copied to your existing MegaPack Airbus A330-300 file within the Community file. Using default Asobo Airbus A-320 cockpit textures, copied and renamed to MegaPack Airbus A330-300 filenames to create replacement cockpit textures for the aircraft. NOTE: REMOVE A330/A32nx “compatibiliy file”. In test, the compatibility file caused gauges to NOT FUNCTION OR DISPLAY. Removing this compatibility file corrected gauges function. The A330-300 aircraft gauges will NOT function with the new Airbus A-318 in the community file. Backup the current TEXTURE.DEFAULT before copy/install. Gillette Stadium, Foxborough, MA Built as far away from Boston as possible for some reason, Gillette Stadium opened in 2002 with a capacity of 65,878 I actually like the fallout-eque Gillette Stadium in MSFS with its mystery house in the endzone, I did this to see if in the Google imagery if you could fly under the bridge.. that didn’t quite work out but I finished it up anyway.
