Antonov AN-225 “Mrija” v0.51
The Antonov An-225 “Mrija” (= dream) is a 6-jet cargo aircraft developed in the former Soviet Union and the largest and heaviest aircraft in use in the world, only 1 of which was completed and put into operation. It has the largest approved take-off mass of all aircraft built to date and has 6 engines and 28 wheels on the main landing gear. Dear FS2020 community, Since I am so enthusiastic about this simulation and the Antonov, I started modding the aircraft gradually to FS2020 about 2 months ago. This is my first big attempt at modding. I am not a professional modder. I only do this as a hobby. There is definitely still a lot about this aircraft that still needs to be improved and changed. On the Antonov, I have not yet been able to ensure that the lights are correctly positioned and shine correctly. If anyone is interested in positioning the lights, feel free to contact me. I also have great problems opening my nose. If someone is there to fix the problem, please contact me. I am grateful for any suggestion for improvement. The Antonov An-225 has been converted from FSX. The mod version is consciously V0.5 because it is still beta version. The Boing 747-8 serves as the base and cockpit. The custom sound files are also supported by A320 Neo Sounds. Since FS2020 only supports 4 engines, only 4 engines will work. But all of them work optically. I would like to thank the actual developer of the mod for FSX, the dear Douglas E. Trapp, for the release. I would also like to express my sincere thanks to Thomas Ruth and William Luxton who modeled, painted and packed the antonov back then. Palmela Town – Portugal v1.0
Palmela is a Portuguese town belonging to the district of Setúbal and the Metropolitan Area of Lisbon, with approximately 19,500 inhabitants. Its maximum altitude is 378 meters, measured on the hill where the Castle is located. It is located in the sub-region of the Metropolitan Area of Lisbon. In 1147 it was conquered by D. Afonso Henriques, granting it a charter in 1185. But the golden period of Palmela can be traced to the first years of the Nationality, when Palmela was the key to the territory between the Sado and the Tagus. This strategic importance is due to conjunctural aspects of a political-religious nature related to the process of conquest and consolidation of the Portuguese State, and of which the Order of Santiago and Espada, (which received Palmela as a donation from D. Spain Canary 20m DEM – High Resolution Terrain Elevation Data from LIDAR Imaging v1.0
Experience the Canary Islands This mod contains customized height profiles for the Canary Islands. The mod contains high definition LIDAR DEM data with a mesh resolution of 20m. The height resolution is as good as 0.1m. The mod does not only provide mountain shapes being very close to reality, but also flattens lakes & rivers and gets rid of any terrain artifacts. IMPORTANT Disclaimer: The creator of this mod is not responsible for any problems, damage, incompatibilites to other mods or performance issues that might occur. Please note, that this mod is a very high resolution mesh. The elevation data is applied through terraforming rectangles, thus loaded at a certain distance from the player. When travelling fast or at high alitude (wide range of view) there might be too many new rectangles loaded simultaneously and thus stutters might occur. If you have any stutters you can try and reduce your ingame render settings or uninstall! If you are mainly flying airliners in high altitude, there is probably no benefit for you in using this mod.
