Zhuhai (Lianzhou) Airport (ZGLZ) v1.0

There are 3 GA airports (heliports are not included) in Guangdong Province of China missing in the sim, Lianzhou Airport in Zhuhai (ZGLZ) is one of them.
In spite of being a GA Airport, it is built to the standard of an airport which is capable of handling airline traffics, with night landing facilities and probably instrument procedures. An arbitrary tower frequency and a very simple RNAV approach from calculations are implemented.
Simple handcrafted terminal buildings have been made, and the ground texture of Lianzhou is fetched from updated Bing Map.
