YHOX – Hoxton Park v1.0

Hoxton Park (YHOX) was constructed during WWII as an emergency and training field. After the war the runway was shortened and the airfield used for training and mainly GA aircraft. The airfield closed permanently on 15 December 2008. Nothing remains of the airfield and the area is now covered with large warehouses. I have recreated the airfield from some aerial images of the airfield just before it closed although I have used some artistic license!.
