Windom Municipal Airport (KMWM) v1.1

Yet another airfield being made on request. In fact, when I try to fly over there to observe for the first time, I find that there is already a ready made airfield, with paved runways, taxiways, fuel box….so the only problem is that it cannot be found in flight planner. What I have done are just added an airport entry, traffic frequencies, and 2 documented RNAV approaches.
Limitations and Known Issues: ATC will only assign visual approaches, even if you have selected RNAV approach in flight planner, just ignore the drunk ATC and follow the procedures in charts. Cancelling IFR during approach for non-towered airports may result in crash to desktop.
