Waipukurau NZYP, Central Hawkes Bay v1.0

The default scenery was very poor, so i added some stuff which is pretty accurate. It improves the experience a little.
To install, drag and drop the contents of the packages folder to the community folder.
I upload the entire project to help those who are wanting to edit the scenery themelves. Thanks
