UUSM abandoned Eldikan Airstrip – Yakutia Russia – Aldan River v0.3

Re-created the abandoned Eldikan-Airstrip near Yakutsk. UUSM is the correct old code. Nice spot for Seaplanes so I added some water approach lights.
Best to start from parking as runway start is offset for some reason.
Now working on vegetation, outside roads and terraforming polygons.
