Taxiway-building fix for Amsterdam Schiphol v1.0

Small fix for incorrect generated building at Amsterdam Schiphol Simple and small fix for incorrect generated building right next to the taxiway at the start of runway 09. Prevents unwanted and annoying crashes at this building because I simply removed it. In reallife it is built downwards, but generated in sim upwards.
