Skardu Intl. Airport (OPSD) v0.1

Skardu is the most challenging airport for jetliners in Pakistan. Some people did ask me to make enhancements to this airport, but IRL this airport is just so “vanilla” that I think there is nothing to enhance. However, something has been changed recently. There is a new parallel runway which could accommodate wide-bodies has been constructed near the existing Runway 14-32, while Runway 15-33 far away has been decommissioned. This addon airport is still pretty “vanilla”, nothing fancy.
