Russia Arctic airport pack v0.1

This pack contains 2 airports in the Russian Arctic: UODS Sredny Island Airbase and ZE2N Temp (Peace) Airbase. UODS was built during the Soviet era but was improved in 2014, and it has a single runway 08/26 that is 3500x100m unpaved, and is near a base on a nearby island. ZE2N was built in 2013 but was also a base from the Soviet era, and it has a single runway 11/29 that is 1806m with an unpaved surface. Both bases were made to fit large aircraft like IL-76/Antonov 72 jets. Both airports were missing in the base game and no good satellite imagery so the graphics look more basic and can be inaccurate.
