Pincher Creek Alberta CZPC v1.0

The city of Pincher Creek or “Pincher” as the locals like to call it, is located in the foothillsof the Rocky Mountains in Southern Alberta. Because of its location, it is known for its strong winds and sometimes unpredictable weather as the systems move westward. If you’ve ever been there I’m sure you’d agree that it is beautiful country with its open ranch land and view of the magnificent Rockies. Waterton National Park is only 27 miles to the south and Pincher is just a short flight from Calgary, Lethbridge, and Cranbrook. The airport has a 6600 foot paved runway with RNAV and NDB approaches.
