Night Airport Lighting – Latin America v0.1

Tired of not being able to see anything at night at my favorite airports, I decided to upgrade the lights system for the main Latin American (Right now only Central America) Airports. At this stage, these are the modified airports (More will come soon, comment if you want me to add a particular airport to the list)
