Na San Airfield (VVNS) v0.1

When I was doing a test flight to my Dien Bien Phu Airport addon, I found something look like a runway, but it is not shown as an airport on PFD. Then I searched Google and Wikipedia to look for information about this mysterious place. It is a ruined airport IRL, where the conditions of pavements on runway and aprons are not that good already. I added taxiways and the 3 aprons around the built-in runway, and added 3 parking spaces on each of them, where all of them are assigned as RAMP_MIL_CARGO, which means that NO ground support (like GPUs or pushback tugs) is provided. However tower frequency is still available as it is already built-in, I decided to leave it as-is.
