MHTG – Toncontin Approach gardening v1.0

This is a simple exlude to clean up some of the tall trees and one building that completely impede on the final approaches to MHTG. They didn’t need to have obstacles to dodge on top of the crazy approaches! Cleans up the trees and office block at 20, and reduces the tree sizes on the approach to 02.
