In the Eastern Panhandle along Interstate 81, Martinsburg’s population within the city limits is around 17,500, but there are many more in the surrounding Berkley County area and is the county seat of West Virginia’s fastest growing region. Mod includes most of the city limits from the Berkley Medical Center in the north to the quarry beyond the city limits to the south. Mod is in 2 parts, Part 1 is Martinsburg itself, Part 2 is the Quarry and fills in the Martinsburg Commons so I suggest you use both. Installed by pasting un7zipped package folders into Community folder
