Long Tieng Airbase v1.0

Yet another simple airstrip being made on request. Just have a look at Wikipedia if you want to know more about this place. The place of the runway is recoginzed by AI as a road in the game, so there may be road vehicles appear on the runway suddenly. The airfield is surrounded by hilly terrain on all sides, making navigation quite challenging, but it is not that difficult to land as the runway is quite long for props. There is no ICAO code but it is essential in the game so I give it a fictional one – VLLT
