Lockheed P-38L (FlyingIron Simulations) “Lizzie V” v1.0

P-38L-5-LO 44-25930. Flown by Capt. John E. Purdy, 433rd FS/475th FG, Philippines, December 1944. Lizze V was downed by anti-aicraft fire January 9, 1945, but Purdy, a 7-victory ace and distinguished flying cross recipient, survived the crash-landing. The P-38L on display at the Museum of Flight (Boeing Museum), Seattle, Washington, is depicted as this plane. Includes a few additions & adjustments to the panel textures. Repaint by dcc based on original textures by FlyingIron.
