LEGA – Granada/Armilla v1.0

Armilla Air Base (ICAO: LEGA) is a military airport in Spain. It is located in the municipalities of Armilla, Alhendín, Ogíjares, Las Gabias and Churriana de la Vega, 6 kilometers from the city of Granada.
It was the first aerodrome in Granada and one of the oldest in Spain that is still active. Currently its main function is that of helicopter pilot school. As a secondary role, he performs SAR functions as well as teaches the Helicopter Maintenance Mechanic Course for troop personnel of the Air Force and Civil Guard. It is the base of the 78th Wing of the Air Force and the ASPA Patrol.
