Lake Travis (Austin, Tx) Water level fix v1.0

This is a fix for the islands in the middle of Lake Travis just outside Austin, Tx (KAUS) These islands are called Sometimes Islands and only appear when the lake is really low. I removed the islands as the water levels are higher and this way the entire lake is visable without the islands. This does not add any new scenery, though I may add marinas etc later but simply fixes the islands in the middle of the lake.
To install unzip the zip file and copy the kahngrotbo-lake-travis folder to your community folder.
